Karyn earned her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology in1992, Masters in Physical Therapy in 1994, Reiki Level Ii in 1998, trained in Massage Therapy in 1999, completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2014, earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023 and Certification in Structural Integration in 2023. Karyn considers herself a lifelong learner. She integrates all of her clinical, educational and life experiences to meet each of her clients needs.
Karyn enjoys being a mom to her teenaged daughter and son, traveling, practicing yoga, hiking, reading, making connections and adventuring into new places and new experiences… fully embracing life.
